Electronic means of change are not new in the world of high-performance motorcycles, especially on the superbikes of Italian origin (think Aprilia RSV4 or Ducati 1199).
But now, the Italian MV Agusta would offer electronic change of two of the three-cylinder models, which have become very popular in the middle weight category - F3 Brutale 675 and 675. And 679 triples will be offered in the standard version of the change, and with the assistance of electronic Shift (EAS).
MV Agusta said: "This system enhances the already incredible performance F3 675 and contributes to the overall excellent dynamics Brutale 675 allows the driver to change gears very quickly, without closing the gas or using the clutch."
EAS will be added to the advanced technology offered by the F3 Brutale 675 and 675, such as anti-rotating crankshaft used in MotoGP, developed electronic control with MVICS (motor vehicle and Integrated Management System), a full ride to the wire throttle control, and integrated traction control.
MBA says F3 675 is currently offered in the standard version change for $ 15,979, and in late March 2012 with EAS for $ 16,512.
Brutale 675 launched in June 2012 and will be available in the standard version change for $ 11,980 and EAS for $ 12,514.
EAS system is also available as an optional accessory directly from the MV Agusta special parts.
